Generally, anything new to chickens is quite enticing or terribly horrifying – with the later in mind….think boogeyman!   

Your Pecker Recker can be freely hung to dangle and sway to and fro, placed directly on the ground or hung in a specific location that allows the chickens to ‘pin’ it against an object.  By pinning the Pecker Recker against an object you eliminate the boogeyman scary aspect of this fun new treat. 

We suggest placing the Pecker Recker directly on the ground/hard surface or to hang in a location allowing your flock to pin it so they can peck it.
